Each order is individually custom printed, therefore we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a 100% quality guarantee.
Our Return Policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery and all decisions are made at our sole discretion.
Reasons for Return
Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Items – We strive for excellent standards, but sometimes things don't go as planned. If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, please submit a claim by email within 14 days of the delivery date and let us know the problem. We'll ask you for a photo of the damage for verification, and provide you with a return shipping address. We'll replace it at our expense with no hassle.
Lost in Transit – If you believe your order has been lost in transit, a claim must be submitted within 14 days after the estimated delivery date. If it's our error, we'll replace it at our expense with no hassle.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. You'll be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for reshipment costs. Once we receive the returned shipment, you will be notified. After 14 days, unclaimed returns get donated to charity.

We'd like you to be happy with your purchase and we'll do everything we can to get the issue resolved. Please contact us before attempting to return any product, so that we may give further instruction. If you attempt to return a product on your own, the item will not be accepted.
